The Studio Kitchen

On a busy day, our staff will prepare more than 1,700 portions of food!

That is over and above receiving food from suppliers, putting stock away and rotating it properly. Then there is answering the phone, ordering more food and dealing with customer needs. Finally there is the job of cleaning the dishes and the rest of the kitchen.

The fresh food you enjoy is the product of our able and competent team. We are very blessed to have them. Once you have tasted the food they produce, you will love them too!
