Jim Stringer: Austin Geetar Player

Jim Stringer has been playing guitar since he was eight years old which means he has been performing for over fifty years. His musical styles range from rockabilly to country, blues to jazz. . In Austin he fronts his own band, Jim Stringer and the AM Band and play at Ginny's Little Longhorn Saloon every Tuesday night at 9pm. He has also performed and/or recorded with other area musicians that include: Ted Roddy, Wayne Hancock, and Marti Brom to name a few.

The bands latest release TRISKAIDEKAPHILIA, was released June 3, 2008.
